Salary: $40.91-$42.16/hour, depending on shift. The base is $40.91, the afternoon shift premium is $0.75/hour, and the night premium-$1.25/hour. Unionized. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package. Shifts: 6-week rotation shifts – Mon-Fri, 8.5hr shift Education: Must possess Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal or Journeyperson ticket. Experience: In-depth understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic functions. Experienced in safe work practices: confined space entry, lockout / tagout, and hotwork. Practical experience in basic welding, plumbing and machining. Experience with high-speed food packaging or food manufacturing experience is an asset. Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to the food safety requirements as per job duties and report non-conformities. Troubleshoot and repair brewery equipment in a fast-paced environment to minimize downtime. Perform preventative maintenance and equipment overhauls. Install new equipment, if required. Maintain all records/documentation and ensure completion of paperwork. Other duties as required.
