Retail Assistant ($16-19/hr) Part-time or Full-time Sundial Lighting is a family owned, retail lighting showroom based in Vernon, BC. We deliver exceptional customer service and lighting expertise to both DIY homeowners as well as builders and designers. At Sundial Lighting, we care for our customers, our business and each other and to continue with this focus we are currently looking for a Retail Assistant join our team as support for both the retail sales and our warehouse departments. If you are someone who loves continuous learning, and gets bored if everyday looks the same, then this job may be for you! The retail assistant plays an integral role in multiple areas within the business and understands the impact they have on the team and our customers. This person will be positive, professional and customer focused. Each day may look slightly different with a variety of tasks and responsibilities such as; on-floor retail sales support, initial contact for phone inquiries, preparing, packing and driving items for delivery, receiving orders, stock taking, setting up lighting fixtures and creating showroom displays. Because of the diversity in the role, this individual will have opportunity to identify and receive further development in areas of interest.
